Policies & Requirements
Authors – Full Papers
At least one author of each accepted FULL (long) paper must complete a Standard registration by 15, October (regardless of student status).
- Each accepted FULL paper requires a distinct Standard registration.
- One Standard registration can cover only one full paper.
Non-Long Papers & Attendees
Authors of non-long papers (short papers, posters, etc.) and general attendees may select registration types based on their identity:
- Student Registration: Available for students (a valid Student ID or proof of student status is required).
- Standard Registration: Applies to non-student professional attendees and non-student paper presenters.
Refund Policy
Registration fees can be paid online through the conference registration system. The early bird registration deadline is October 15, 2026 (AoE). Cancellations requested on or before October 15 (AoE) will receive a refund subject to a handling fee of HKD 400. After October 15 (AoE), registration fees are non-refundable.
